Dr. Charles Hardison

Dr. Charles Hardison graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1983 with a biology major and went on to Loma Linda University Grad school and then the School of Medicine.

One of his favorite classes was physical diagnosis. He spent 3 years in a family medicine residency that ran the whole Monterey County Hospital. There he practiced full scope family medicine with obstetrics until he moved to Kyrgyzstan.

In addition to starting the specialty of family medicine with a team of doctors, he developed his skills in his living room by caring for the ex-patriots.

He returned to California in 2010 and had to relearn American-style insurance and metric driven healthcare.

In 2015 he moved to Northern Iraq to work with refugees.

He moved back to San Diego in 2017 to work at the Wellness Center during the academic year and in Kansas small town Emergency rooms during the summer.

His passion is Whole Person Care and he believes heaven-on-earth medical care is happening in San Diego.
